We have an immediate opening for an Engineering Technician to join our assembly team responsible for building of Supermicro products that meet product quality requirements and shipment deadlines. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nAssemble server rack products in a production line\nEmploy high standards of assembly work to ensure high quality products are being produced on schedule\nFollow standard operating procedures and schedules to meet daily demands\nPerform in-process inspection to ensure products meet specifications and standards\nMaintain organized and safe work environment\nFollow instructions and respond to management direction\nAdhere to company and production department’s policies and procedures\nPerform other integration assembly duties, as directed by supervisor\nPerform a full range of tasks and correspondence as needed\nQualifications:\nHigh school or college diploma preferred\nMinimum 2 year in electronic or computer industry preferred\nPrior experience with computer assembly preferred\nMust be able to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and all other documentation used to control processes.\nAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines\nSelf-motivated team player with a positive attitude\nStrong work ethic\nStrong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness\nSolid communications skills both verbal and written\nSalary Range\n$26.00 - $30.00 / hour\nThe offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
