The desired candidate will have a successful track record as an HR Business Partner including strengths in compensation, recruiting, talent management, HR training, policies, compliance, employee relations. This position will be based out of headquarter office in San Jose, CA and will be interacting with all levels of management while fostering a positive work environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nHR Business Partner job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:\nPartner with business leaders to understand organizational goals, workforce challenges, and strategic priorities, and translate them into actionable HR solutions.\nProvide expert guidance to support managers and employees regarding employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.\nCoach and influence leaders on employee development, talent management, engagement, retention strategies, succession planning and performance improvement.\nPartner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to identify workforce needs, develop staffing plans, and support the recruitment and selection process.\nAdvise business leaders on compensation decisions including competitive offer packages, salary adjustments, retention recommendations, promotional increases, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.\nHelp develop and deliver training programs that are key in supporting the achievement of business strategies through individual and group development sessions.\nAnalyze workforce metrics, HR data, and business trends to identify opportunities, recommend solutions and support informed decision-making.\nDevelop and implement HR Programs and initiatives based on business needs.\nAddressing employee concerns, investigating and resolving conflicts with fairness and discretion by fostering a positive workplace culture that builds strong relationship between employees and management.\nPartner with managers and leadership teams to set clear goals and to establish performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and create meaningful development plans that drive employee growth and accountability.\nEnsure that Super Micro’s HR practices remain in compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations\nParticipate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives providing strategic recommendations and implementing practical solutions to support business needs.\nPromote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in related field with 5 to 8 years of HR experience ideally in hardware manufacturing industry.\nStrong business acumen, decision-making and judgment skills and the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset that seeks to understand and exceed business needs.\nComprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local employment laws and HR best practices.\nExperience working with Radford compensation data. Proficiency with HRIS platforms.\nAbility to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly. High attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to effectively multi-task in a fast pace and dynamic environment, able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.\nDemonstrated aptitude for growth plan execution and ability to lead towards growth culture.\nPlease note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.\nSalary Range\n$100,000 - $150,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
