The role also involves providing end-user IT support and collaborating with stakeholders to align network solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong networking expertise, hands-on experience with key technologies, and a service-oriented mindset.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, optimize, monitor, and maintain local (LAN), wide area (WAN), and wireless networks to ensure maximum availability, performance, and security.\nConfigure and manage routers and switches.\nImplement and maintain firewalls and VPNs.\nTroubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure timely resolution.\nOptimize network performance and traffic flow.\nPerform system upgrades and ongoing maintenance.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align with business goals.\nProvide IT support to end users in addition to core networking responsibilities.\nParticipate actively in IT-related projects\nQualifications:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT with a strong networking background.\nFamiliar with networking protocols and infrastructure.\nHands-on experience with Fortinet switches and firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, and Aruba switches.\nEnglish is required; Dutch is a pro.\nService-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.\nLives relatively close to the Super Micro EMEA office.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
