Core tasks include troubleshooting, user management, software installation, network configuration, and managing service tickets to ensure minimal downtime for staff.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSet up and configure new laptops and desktop computers.\nProvide excellent customer service to users including responding to and resolving requests related to hardware and software assistance, telephony services, account creating and entitlements, and other general IT support.\nSetup and install computer peripherals like monitors, network printers and scanners; Responsible for Hardware/software installations.\nIdentify and troubleshoot network issues.\nWindows AD administration.\nResponsible for server maintenance and network setup maintenance.\nQualifications:\n2 years of experience in a technical desktop support role preferred.\nMBO in IT related fields.\nEnglish is required, Dutch is a pro.\nService oriented.\nLives relatively close to the Super Micro EMEA office.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
