You will be responsible for providing OEM mission Critical support to our enterprise customers, Internal teams, and production. The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in computer systems as well as exceptional communication skills -- ability to interface with all levels of management staffs in professional manner.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nDevelop services product for OEM customers\nServe as an escalation point for complex technical issues and manage them professionally and efficiently\nReview legal contracts for service performance obligations\nProvide quick response and support for issues in production\nProvide Level 3 support to channel partners, including resellers and distributors\nContinually develop knowledge-base of current and new products\nWork with internal teams and teams worldwide for coordinating and resolving issues\nTravel is required (up to 25%)\nQualifications:\nHands on experience with Enterprise servers (Supermicro, EMC, DELL, HP)\nExperience in talking with customers to organize and drive custom service solutions\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering preferred\nMinimum of 2 years of industry experience in related areas. Previous experience in a team lead, supervisor, or manager capacity preferred\nSolid hardware system diagnostics skills, as well as a good understanding of cluster architecture\nThe candidate needs to have strong technical communication skills to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, solid time management skills\nCandidate must have an ability to participate in multiple cross-functional projects concurrently in a rapidly changing environment, within established timelines and have a demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new and changing technologies\nWork experience in large enterprise IT environment and technical certifications is a plus\nAbility to work in a challenging, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
