Two primary focuses are supporting Sales / FAE standard product configuration solutions and managing customized OEM configuration life cycle. The Product Engineer will work closely with customers to win projects, collaborate with different departments such as Sales, FAE, Lab, RMA…etc. to provide a smooth operation. The position is located in our European office in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nSupport Sales/FAE for Standard Server and OEM system business practices. \nProvide support to define customer requirements, develop and drive localized/customized server products to full product life cycle.\nSupport product configuration. Check validation for customer orders.\nLead cross-function teams for post-sales supports such as RMA, failure analysis, ECO implementations, etc.\nProvide documentation and technical know-how to support Standard and OEM system production lines.\nCoordinate, monitor and control of all works related to project documentation.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree required, advanced degree a big plus.\n3+ years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, computer/server/system manufacturing preferred.\nInterested in or possess basic IT products & technology affinity.\nAttention to detail, self-motivated & ability to do highly accurate work consistently, multi-tasking.\nSuperior communication and teamwork skills.\nFluency in English required, B2 or better in Dutch, and additional languages (German, French, Mandarin, etc.) preferred.\nExpert user in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.\nAble to work flexible hours engaging Asia and US teams.\nTravel 10-20% on short notice.\n\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
