You will have the capability to work together with a variety of departments and teams throughout the company to enable and develop application-optimized products.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead on-site installation, commissioning, and deployment of liquid cooling systems (CDUs, Cooling Towers, L2A Sidecars, and RDHX) at customer facilities.\nProvide expert technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution for deployed cooling solutions to ensure high uptime and performance.\nPerform system maintenance, optimization, and performance tuning to improve energy efficiency and reliability.\nCreate and maintain service documentation, installation guides, and training materials for internal teams and customers.\nGather and analyze customer feedback from field installations and service activities to drive continuous improvements.\nDevelop and implement advanced diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance approaches using IoT and AI technologies to enhance service quality.\nTravel to customer sites as needed to support deployments, provide training, and resolve critical issues.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nProven hands-on experience in liquid cooling system installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.\nStrong technical skills in deployment and optimization of thermal management solutions.\nFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and interest in IoT/AI applications for field service.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer-focused service mindset.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with customers.\nWillingness to travel to support customer sites.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
