We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nThe Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining product positioning, value propositions and planning and implementing go-to-market strategies for Supermicro’s portfolio of enterprise server and GPU server products.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop Product Collaterals\nCreate product collaterals and websites for enterprise systems (servers and accelerated GPU systems) which clearly explain product benefits, differentiation and usage.\nLead development of white papers with third party agencies including defining the topic, monitoring progress, managing the schedule and ensuring on-time completion.\nGo-to-Market Execution\nParticipate or lead product launches including creating the launch plan, messaging, press release, website, partner quotes, collaterals, videos, solution briefs, and data sheets.\nSupport marketing event teams with messaging plans, press releases, and social media copy.\nDemand Generation\nDevelop and execute plans for lead generation and demand creation.\nWork with advertising agencies and technology partners on creating advertising assets.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM, marketing, or business field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, engineering, IT, VAR/disti or sales for enterprise IT products.\nUnderstanding of enterprise servers. Knowledge of server subsystems and components at the system, rack and data center levels.\nWorking knowledge of AI hardware and software and ability to explain it to both a technical and non-technical audience preferred. \nMarket knowledge of the enterprise buying process, purchase criteria, direct and two-tier distribution channels.\nAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing, product management, and sales organizations to translate complex technical capabilities into impactful market-ready narratives.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to tell a compelling story focused on customer benefits as demonstrated by a portfolio of white papers, solution briefs, data sheets, presentations, articles, blogs, messaging plans, press releases, customer success stories and launches.\nExperience in presenting to sales, customers, and partners.\nOrganizational and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience desired but not required in at least one vertical market such as financial services, health care, or manufacturing. Experience desired but not required in digital marketing and advertising.\nThis position is located in San Jose, CA.\nSalary Range\n$115,000 - $140,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
