We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nSupermicro is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nQuality Management System Support: Help maintain and improve the QMS so processes remain aligned with applicable ISO and quality standards, internal procedures, and customer or certification requirements.\nInternal Auditing: Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to assess process effectiveness, measure performance, and identify gaps or nonconformities.\nCorrective and Preventive Action: Track operational issues and nonconformities, support root-cause analysis, and work with process owners to implement and verify corrective and preventive actions.\nExternal Audit Support: Serve as a point of contact for certification bodies and other external auditors during compliance, surveillance, and recertification audits; help prepare evidence and follow up on findings.\nTraining and Awareness: Support employee training and awareness on quality standards, documented processes, and continuous-improvement practices.\nDocument and Record Control: Maintain controlled documents, records, and logs so quality documentation remains accurate, current, secure, and readily available for operations and audits.\nReporting and Follow-Up: Prepare audit summaries, track open actions, and provide status updates to support management review and ongoing improvement.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.\n1+ years of experience in quality, compliance, auditing, document control, or ISO coordination preferred.\nExperience supporting ISO 9001 or another management system (e.g., ISO 13485) is a plus.\nExperience in technology, operations, logistics, or a service environment is a plus.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with databases, document control systems, or audit/QMS software preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with people across departments.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and time management.\nAbility to work in a logical, systematic way and follow issues through to closure.\nInternal auditor training or certification is preferred but not required.\nSalary Range\n$28.00 - $30.00 /hr\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills,years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
