We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n Lead the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process for the liquid cooling portfolio, driving projects from concept through commercialization.\nManage new product development schedules, production planning, and resource coordination to ensure on-time delivery.\nOversee infrastructure design, pump skids, and system architecture for high-density datacenter deployments.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners for product validation, optimization, and quality assurance.\nSupport major customer deployments with technical project management and onsite arrangement.\nTrack project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines while providing regular reporting to stakeholders.\nQualifications:\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (PMP certification preferred).\nProven experience managing hardware/product development projects, preferably in liquid cooling, thermal management, or datacenter infrastructure.\nStrong knowledge of NPI processes, production planning, and onsite deployment coordination.\nDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nFamiliarity with major hyperscale customers and datacenter cooling solutions is a strong plus.\nSalary Range\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
