This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing end-to-end program execution, and fostering strong relationships with key technology partners to deliver innovative hardware solutions to market.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nInclude the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\n\nAssist in planning and tracking hardware deployment programs and partner initiatives\nMaintain program documentation, schedules, and status reports\nHelp identify and resolve program risks and issues in collaboration with senior team members\nSupport onboarding and communication with hardware and technology partners\nCoordinate logistics for partner meetings, demos, and joint initiatives\nHelp maintain partner collateral and documentation\nWork closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines\nSchedule and facilitate team and partner meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items\nManage program timelines, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks or blockers as needed\nContinuously refine program lifecycle processes to enhance quality, security, and partner satisfaction\nData mining and data analysis\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field\n0-2 years of experience in a project coordination, program management, or technical support role\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nInterest in computer hardware and technology partnerships\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus\nSalary Range\n$75,000 - $95,000\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
