We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Environmental, and other applicable management systems.\nPlan, conduct, document, and follow up on internal audits, including tracking corrective actions through verification and closure.\nDevelop, review, and maintain Quality Procedures (QPs), Work Instruction Procedures (WIPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other IMS documentation.\nReview and process document change requests in accordance with document control requirements.\nMonitor and analyze departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support corrective and preventive action activities.\nSupport continual improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the IMS.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality, environmental, and compliance issues.\nProvide training and guidance on IMS requirements, procedures, and best practices.\nSupport customer, certification, regulatory, and third-party audits.\nServe as a resource for IMS-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.\nMaintain current knowledge of applicable ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nIdentify and communicate potential compliance risks to management.\nAssist in planning and coordinating external audits conducted by certification bodies, customers, and regulatory agencies.\nExecute special projects and perform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting Quality, Environmental, Information Security, or other Management Systems in a manufacturing and/or high-tech environment.\nExperience supporting Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), or Information Security Management System (ISMS) activities, including audits, document control, corrective actions, or process improvement.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of international management system standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, or IATF 16949.\nInternal Auditor certification is preferred; Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.\nKnowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, risk assessment, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and external auditors.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and document management systems.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
