The RMA Coordinator that can work closely with all related departments to meet priority on customers’ requests on a daily basis is who we are looking for. This position needs to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating the return of customer products and providing excellent customer service to maintain effective business relationships.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nHandling defective parts and dealing with vendors for RMA process\nPackaging and shipping coordination of incoming and outgoing power supplies\nFocusing on power supplies and related products for vendor return\nPhysical inventory transfer within departments and inventory management\nCoordinating incoming and outgoing parts, and work to close open issues\nFocusing on outstanding RMA inventory with vendors for call back actions\nWorking close with vendors for special parts request, FAR and feedback for urgent case\nHandle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities\nManage timely processing of RMAs to meet Service Agreements\nMaintain daily productivity / workflow reports and open issues\nAssist Customer Service with RMA Authorization processing as needed\nWork closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service / Technical Support, Quality and Engineering as required\nMaintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; creating new documents as required\nReview current processes on a regular basis and implement new processes as required\nQualifications:\nMinimum of AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred\nat least 3 years’ experience in electronics or computer industry as RMA coordinator preferred\nExcellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills\nDetail oriented and good time management\nMulti-tasking with effective decision making\nIndependent person and also a strong team player\nProficient with MS office\nPlease note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.\nSalary Range\n$23.00/hr - $28.00/hr\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
