The Sales Support Specialist position will also be a liaison across different functions, provide product information to clients, and other duties. This position is responsible for sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information to customers as well as daily sales order processing and data entry. If you have a passion for sales and are looking for a great opportunity, Supermicro wants you on our team!\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe person will be responsible for sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information, performs daily clerical and office maintenance tasks, such as typing correspondence, coordinating, data entry, quotations and process documents.\nMonitor inventory, follow up ETA with purchasers.\nAct as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments.\nProvide assistance for intra-company project coordination between sales and non-sales departments.\nEnter, monitor, and communicate directly with clients regarding status of their orders, facilitating credit issues and negotiating returns.\nDevelop superior customer service relationships with prospects.\nProduce daily reports for clients.\nProvide backup support for the supervisor and team members.\nAdditional duties per supervisors request.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma required, AA degree preferred.\n3-5 years’ tech industry experience preferred.\nExperience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders.\nPossesses strong professional communication skills including: phone, written/e-mail and presentation.\nExperience in customer service and dealing with clients directly, must have problem solving skills.\nConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs.\nMust possess strong computer skills with word and excel.\nOrganizational skills a must.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
