We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us to drive accelerated growth and technology-led innovation in the global marketplace.\nJob Summary:\nSupermicro Computer is looking for a Sr. Sales Manager who is able to develop footprint in Enterprise, Public Sector, ISVs, CPSs and GSIs companies in France, with knowledge of the market and experience in the country.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAcquire, grow our business & market share with top Enterprise, Public Sector, ISVs, GSIs in France.\nAccountable for acquiring, managing, and developing new customer’s portfolio and generating new revenue.\nAccountable for influencing customers, driving sales motions and projects towards best Supermicro solutions fitting customer needs.\nAccountable for generating new opportunities, managing pipeline and performing business reviews against objectives.\nOwnership - drive customer projects internally, be advocate for winning new business and driving awareness internally to obtain necessary sponsorship and support.\nDrive sales, go to market strategies and engagements with customers, positioning Supermicro's full solution stacks & products.\nQualifications:\nMin. 7 years’ experience in similar role & responsibilities.\nDemonstrated past success and ability to acquire, engage & influence customer C-Level and senior stakeholders and executives.\nBachelors in science or business administration.\nUnderstating of compute, workloads, server, storage, management solutions, cloud data centers and enterprise IT environment.\nDemonstrated experience in driving RFP responses and aligning winning strategies.\nUnderstanding of customers’ sales motions and business (Enterprise, Public Sector, ISVs, CPSs and GSIs).\nStrategic business thinker coupled with a passion for execution.\nConsistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.\nAbility to work effectively across matrixed organizations and time-zones internally & with customers.\nStrong verbal, written and presentation communications skills.\nFluent in French and English (written and spoken), any other language a plus.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
