This role requires strong Excel expertise, experience working with technical teams to automate processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nInventory Management & Data Analysis\nMaintain accurate inventory records across multiple systems and files\nPerform data comparison, reconciliation, and validation across different datasets\nIdentify discrepancies and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders\nGenerate reports and provide insights on inventory trends and issues\nData Tools & Process Improvement\nUtilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, macros) to map, compare, and analyze large datasets\nCollaborate with software engineers or technical teams to streamline data comparison processes using SQL, scripts, or other programming tools\nSupport automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort\nCoordination & Scheduling\nCoordinate travel schedules and logistics with managers, field engineers, site leads, and customers as required\nEnsure alignment and clear communication across teams regarding schedules and deliverables\nCross-Functional Communication\nAct as the main point of contact for the accounting team for clarifications related to inventory files, discrepancies, and status updates\nFacilitate communication between operations, engineering, and finance teams to ensure transparency and accuracy\nDocumentation & Record Keeping\nMaintain comprehensive records of all communications, updates, and contact points related to inventory activities\nEnsure proper documentation of processes, changes, and resolutions for audit and reference purposes\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nMinimum of 2 years experience from high-tech manufacturing industry preferred\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, and reconciliation)\nExperience working with or alongside software engineers to streamline workflows using tools such as SQL, scripts, or other programming languages\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment\nMust be willing to travel 10-15% of the time\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with inventory management systems or ERP tools\nBasic knowledge of database querying (SQL) or data automation tools\nPrior experience in cross-functional coordination or operations support roles\nKey Skills\nAdvanced Excel & data analysis\nData reconciliation & accuracy\nProcess improvement & automation\nCross-functional collaboration\nCommunication & stakeholder management\nAttention to detail & record keeping\nSalary Range\n$75,000 - $85,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
