This position provides an excellent opportunity to expand technical expertise and gain hands-on experience contributing to our core software products.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nContribute to design, development and maintain Software Management and Diagnostic Tools. \nBuild automated software solutions for provisioning, monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting across data center platforms. \nAssist in configuring, running, and analyzing software and system performance benchmark workloads. \nTroubleshoot software, automation, and integration issues and develop permanent solutions to improve reliability and maintainability. \nMaintain technical documentation, APIs, and operational procedures for developed software solutions. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions addressing real-world system management and operational requirements. \nContinuously evaluate new technologies and AI-assisted approaches to improve software development efficiency, diagnostics, and operational workflows. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred). \n1+ years of experience in Software Engineering. \nStrong Programming skills: Python; React/JavaScript/TypeScript/Redux toolkit; Ansible; Shell scripting \nNice to have: K8s, Docker, Git, LLMs, AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI), AI assisted development tools (Cursor) \nFoundational understanding of software architecture, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. \nExperience with Linux/Unix operating systems. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nSalary Range\n$100,000 - $115,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
