We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nThe essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n· Process and review AP transactions accurately and within the required timeline.\n· Support weekly payment processing and month-end closing activities.\n· Prepare account reconciliations, accrual analysis and journal-entry supporting documents.\n· Perform vendor statement reconciliation and follow up on outstanding differences.\n· Support vendor master controls and perform DMS-to-SAP reconciliation.\n· Prepare and validate reports and IPE used for SOX and management review.\n· Prepare recurring accounting, management and compliance reports.\n· Perform approved system-related setup, data maintenance and process support.\n· Support fixed asset, lease, employee expense and other assigned AP activities.\n· Prepare audit, tax and related-party supporting schedules.\n· Maintain complete documentation in accordance with company policies and internal control requirements.\n· Coordinate with Procurement, Receiving, business functions, HQ and external auditors.\n· Identify process issues and support automation and process-improvement initiatives.\n· Provide backup coverage for assigned AP, closing and control activities.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.\nAt least seven years of relevant experience in accounting, accounts payable or financial operations, including at least three years of experience with an accounting firm, is preferred.\nPractical experience in AP processing, month-end closing, account reconciliation and accrual preparation.\nExperience with SAP FI/MM or another major ERP system is preferred.\nUnderstanding of internal controls, segregation of duties and SOX compliance.\nExperience preparing management reports, audit schedules and supporting documentation.\nStrong Excel skills; experience with report automation or system implementation is an advantage.\nDetail-oriented, responsible and well-organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively during month-end closing and audit periods.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to communicate in English in a multinational working environment.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
