We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nSupermicro is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to directly own, grow, and expand enterprise customer relationships for Supermicro’s server and infrastructure solutions. This role is highly hands-on and execution-driven, focused on developing named enterprise accounts, driving opportunities to close, and expanding Supermicro’s footprint within existing and new customers.\nThis position is account-centric and revenue-focused, emphasizing deal execution, pipeline development, and customer engagement.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nGrow named enterprise accounts by expanding Supermicro’s server and infrastructure footprint.\nExecute account-level growth plans and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.\nIdentify and advance enterprise opportunities and pipelines across servers, AI platforms, and data center infrastructure.\nDrive deals end-to-end in partnership with internal sales teams.\nCollaborate on joint account plans and enable partners to compete effectively in enterprise accounts.\nPosition Supermicro as a Tier-1 enterprise OEM through first-to-market leadership, customization, workload-optimized performance, and superior total cost of ownership.\nPartner with sales, channel, marketing, and technical teams to execute enterprise growth plan\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field\n8+ years in Business Development with demonstrated success driving growth in large enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships within enterprise IT infrastructure.\nProven success driving growth in servers, storage, data center platforms, AI systems, or cloud infrastructure.\nStrong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and decision-making processes.\nDemonstrated experience working with or through ecosystem partners.\nSalary Range\n$159,913 - $180,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
