This role will be instrumental in establishing Supermicro as a trusted, Tier-1 enterprise infrastructure partner, driving both direct enterprise engagement and partner-led growth.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise infrastructure, servers, AI platforms, or data center solutions, with deep relationships across enterprise customers, channel partners, and ecosystem players. This is a high-impact, build-and-scale role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nDevelop and execute a business development strategy to grow Supermicro’s server and infrastructure footprint across enterprise customers and key verticals (financial services, healthcare, government, telecom, manufacturing).\nIdentify and prioritize high-value enterprise opportunities across AI infrastructure, private cloud, HPC, data center refresh, and edge computing.\nPosition Supermicro as a credible Tier-1 enterprise solution provider by articulating clear first-to-market differentiation, deep system customization, workload-optimized performance, and superior total cost of ownership.\nDrive enterprise expansion through strategic partners and key ecosystem players\nBuild executive-level relationships with partner leadership to influence joint GTM motions, account targeting, and pipeline creation.\nCollaborate across sales, marketing, product, engineering to execute cohesive strategies.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field\n17+ years in Business Development with demonstrated success driving growth in large enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships within enterprise IT infrastructure.\nProven success driving growth in servers, storage, data center platforms, AI systems, or cloud infrastructure.\nStrong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and decision-making processes.\nDemonstrated experience working with or through ecosystem partners.\nExecutive-level communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.\nSalary Range\n$265,000 - $300,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
