We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nPorting and bring up Intel, AMD, ARM server platforms on the OpenBMC codebase\nSupport OpenBMC platform enablement, including device tree / HW configuration, driver integration, and boot-up validation\nPerform BMC firmware development, debugging, testing, and maintenance\nDevelop and maintain IPMI and Redfish APIs for RoT-related features\nCollaborate with EE/hardware engineers on new platform bring-up, hardware validation, and issue resolution\nSupport build system, CI, and release activities related to OpenBMC/Yocto-based BMC firmware\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science preferred; Master's degree strongly desirable\n3+ years of embedded/BMC firmware development experience\nHands-on experience with OpenBMC, platform porting/bring-up, and Linux/C/C++ development\nKnowledge of IPMI, Redfish, and server platform architecture\nStrong debugging, testing, and cross-team collaboration skills\nExperience with Intel, AMD, and/or ARM server platforms preferred\nFamiliarity with one or more software or hardware protocols preferred, such as I3C, I2C, USB, UART, PECI, MCTP, PLDM, SSIF, and PMBus\nLinux driver development experience is a plus\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
