responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:\nAdminister and maintain internal license servers, including service monitoring, troubleshooting, availability checks, and user access support.\nManage server patch management platforms and related processes, including patch planning, testing, deployment, exception handling, and patch compliance tracking for Windows and Linux servers.\nSupport and maintain enterprise email systems, including Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, mail flow, mail spam system, distribution groups, permissions, and email-related troubleshooting.\nPerform overall server administration and maintenance, including Windows Server and Linux Server operation, system monitoring, incident troubleshooting, access control, capacity checks, backup verification, and routine maintenance.\nSupport infrastructure solution evaluation and implementation, including storage, backup, virtualization, and other enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, operation procedures, system records, troubleshooting notes, and change records.\nParticipate in IT infrastructure improvement projects, proof-of-concept testing, risk assessment, and technical evaluation for new solutions.\nQualifications:\n Windows Server Administration (must have)\nHands-on experience in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, file permission management, Windows services, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.\nExperience with enterprise Windows Server operations, access control, server maintenance, and production issue handling.\n Linux Server Administration (Highly preferred)\nHands-on experience in Linux Server administration, including system services, storage, networking, permissions, patching, log analysis, and troubleshooting.\nAbility to manage Linux servers in a production environment and independently investigate system-level issues.\nVirtualization and Software-Defined Storage\nExperience with virtualization platforms such as Proxmox VE, VMware, Hyper-V, or similar solutions.\nExperience with Proxmox VE cluster administration is highly preferred.\nExperience with Ceph, CephFS, RBD, OSD management, cluster health monitoring, storage troubleshooting, or software-defined storage solutions is highly preferred.\nMicrosoft 365 / Exchange Administration\nExperience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, or on-premises Exchange administration.\nFamiliarity with mailbox management, mail flow, distribution groups, permissions, relay, and email-related troubleshooting.\nServer Patch Management\nExperience with server patch management, patch deployment planning, patch compliance tracking, exception handling, and troubleshooting patch-related issues.\nExperience with patch management or endpoint/server management platforms such as Ivanti Cloud, WSUS, SCCM, Ansible, AWX, or similar tools is a plus.\nInfrastructure Operations\nFamiliarity with enterprise infrastructure technologies such as virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup solutions, monitoring tools, and high availability design.\nExperience with NAS, SAN, backup storage, TrueNAS, or other storage-related solutions is preferred.\nPrivileged Access and Security Awareness\nExperience with privileged access management, password management, or access control platforms such as Thycotic or similar solutions is a plus.\nMust have basic security awareness, including access control, least privilege, patch compliance, and change management concepts.\nAutomation and Scripting\nScripting or automation experience using PowerShell, Shell Script, Ansible, or similar tools is preferred.\nAbility to automate routine operations, configuration checks, or maintenance tasks is a plus.\n Soft Skills\nGood troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.\nMust be
