We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nThe OEM server group is seeking a talented Sr. Product Engineer to be part of a growing team that manages some of the highest visibility accounts at Supermicro. The ideal PE candidate should have either relevant industry experience or are familiar with the server hardware industry, can hit the ground running from day 1, and most importantly be a team player. This individual should also be able to perform their day-to-day duties with minimal supervision and help support internal teams with product or process issues.\nThis position will be based in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nSr. Level Requirements:\nStrong AI infrastructure, GPU server, and rack integration experience.\nSolid understanding of rack-scale architecture and GPU-to-rack system integration.\nExperience leading NPI, system qualification, debug, and production ramp.\nStrong cross-functional leadership and customer-facing technical communication skills.\nAbility to independently drive complex system-level issues from bring-up through production.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn end-to-end AI rack platform integration, from GPU/server configuration through rack integration, NPI, qualification, and production ramp.\nLead GPU-to-rack integration, including compute, GPU, networking, power, thermal/cooling, and rack infrastructure.\nCoordinate BIOS/BMC/CPLD/FW integration, validation, system bring-up, and issue resolution.\nDrive customer-specific configuration validation, technical debug, FA/root cause, and corrective actions.\nLead pilot build, manufacturing readiness, factory ramp, and NPI-to-production transition.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across HW, FW, GPU, networking, thermal, validation, manufacturing, and customer engineering.\nQualifications:\nBachelor degree in EE,CE,ME with 8+ years system engineering experiences in server products is strongly desirable, or equivalent industry experience is preferred\nStrong knowledge in server architecture and component ecosystem\nHands on experience troubleshooting server issues\nExperiences in configuring basic enterprise level OS\nExperiences in scripting languages is a plus\nExperiences in working with sales / FAE account teams in a collaborative setting is a plus\nAble to lift 50+ lbs\nPlease note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role.
