To meet the market demand, Supermicro is developing end-to-end data center solutions with compute, storage, and networking integrated into full-rack or multi-rack data center infrastructures.\nSupermicro is seeking a Sr. Product Manager who can work with data center customers and grow data center businesses.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nInclude the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nSupport the Director of Solution Engineering by being responsible for winning data center projects and increasing data center revenue\nCarry out marketing and technological research to help decision making on solution development directions\nLead data center solutions development and work with design and testing engineers to enable new data center solutions\nSupport pre-sales engagements by working closely with customers and providing creative solutions that meet the requirements of demanding customers\nManage data center projects from design to delivery and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction\nImprove revenue by collaborating with channel partners and technology partners to expand the ecosystem\nImprove revenue by working closely with sales and marketing and promoting new solutions effectively\nProvide solution trainings to internal organizations, partners, resellers, and end customers\nQualifications:\nBSEE/CS required; MSEE/CS with 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent preferred\nDeep knowledge of data center infrastructures such as Cloud, HPC, and AI/ML infrastructures\nDeep knowledge of data center power and cooling technologies\nSolid experience managing large-scale data center projects from design to deployment\nStrong capability of bridging engineering and business groups, and of translating good engineering into good business\nStrong organizational and communication skills, with the capability of working in cross-functional organizations\nStrong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment\nAbility to lead complex projects and meet deadlines\nAbility to travel to meet customers\nSalary Range\n$160,000 - $185,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
