We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven SR Program Manager to lead the development, qualification, release, and deployment of next-generation 800G and 1.6T OSFP optical transceiver products for AI infrastructure, hyperscale cloud data centers, and high-performance networking applications.\nThe successful candidate will drive cross-functional hardware and software programs from concept through production, coordinating engineering, firmware, software, validation, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer-facing teams. This role requires strong technical program management expertise, experience managing complex product releases, and a solid understanding of optical networking technologies.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProgram Leadership\nLead end-to-end program execution for 800G and 1.6T OSFP optical transceiver products from concept through volume production.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.\nDrive alignment across cross-functional teams including optics, electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, validation, operations, quality, and supply chain.\nManage program risks, dependencies, and critical path activities while ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.\nProvide executive-level status reporting, program reviews, and escalation management.\nEstablish and drive program governance processes, metrics, and best practices.\nHardware & Software Product Release Management\nManage end-to-end hardware and software product release cycles for optical transceiver products.\nCoordinate release readiness activities across engineering, validation, manufacturing, operations, and customer support teams.\nTrack feature readiness, bug resolution, firmware/software releases, qualification status, interoperability testing, and customer commitments.\nDrive release schedules and ensure alignment between hardware milestones and software/firmware deliverables.\nLead release reviews and develop go-to-market and deployment readiness plans.\nEnsure product releases meet quality, reliability, performance, and customer requirements.\nOptical Transceiver Product Development\nManage New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for:\n800G OSFP DR8, 2xDR4, FR4, and LR4 modules\n1.6T OSFP and OSFP-XD optical transceivers\nPAM4-based high-speed optical interconnect solutions\nDrive engineering development through EVT, DVT, PVT, qualification, customer sampling, and production ramps.\nCoordinate design reviews, validation activities, and manufacturing readiness reviews.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nPartner closely with strategic customers to ensure successful product qualification and deployment.\nSupport technical reviews, roadmap discussions, and customer escalations.\nCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align priorities and expectations.\nAct as the primary program interface between internal teams and external stakeholders.\nManufacturing & Supply Chain Management\nDrive manufacturing readiness and production ramp activities.\nCoordinate with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and component vendors to ensure timely delivery of critical materials.\nMonitor supply chain risks, lead times, and capacity constraints.\nSupport cost reduction initiatives and yield improvement programs.\nEnsure manufacturing quality and reliability objectives are achieved.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical field.\n8+ years of Program Management experience in optical networking, telecommunications, semiconductor, networking hardware, or data center infrastructure industries.\nDemonstrated success managing complex cross-functional hardware development programs.\nExperience managing product lifecycles from concept through production.\nStrong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.\nProven ability to influence and drive alignment across global organizations.\nExcellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing 800G and/or 1.6T optical transceiver product development programs.\nDeep understanding of OSFP and OSFP-XD architectures and high-speed optical interconnect technologies.\nProven experience managing hardware and software product releases for networking, optical communications, semiconductor, or data center products.\nExperience coordinating firmware, software, and hardware development cycles within NPI and product lifecycle management processes.\nStrong knowledge of hyperscale cloud infrastructure and AI networking environments.\nExperience working directly with hyperscale customers including Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, Google, or equivalent cloud service providers.\nPMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.\nMBA or Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.\nSalary Range\n$165,000 - $185,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
