We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nSupermicro is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting the continued transformation and growth of global Service Operations.\nThis role will manage strategic programs spanning Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service, contact center and communications platforms, customer and partner enablement, service process transformation, workflow automation, operational reporting, and global service delivery.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with a hands-on execution mindset and is comfortable operating across business, technical, and operational teams. The Senior Project Manager will translate business requirements into structured execution plans, establish governance, manage dependencies and risk, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation and operational handoff.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead multiple complex Service Operations projects from initiation through implementation and operational handoff.\nDevelop project charters, implementation plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.\nEstablish project governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, decision tracking, and escalation processes.\nCoordinate requirements and execution across Service Operations, IT, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, vendors, partners, and other global stakeholders.\nLead initiatives involving Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, CRM, and related service technologies.\nSupport contact center, telephony, IVR, workforce management, quality management, and customer communication initiatives.\nTranslate operational requirements into clear business and technical requirements for development and implementation teams.\nFacilitate requirements workshops, project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates.\nManage project scope, priorities, timelines, resources, dependencies, and change requests.\nIdentify project risks and execution barriers and drive timely resolution and escalation.\nCoordinate UAT, implementation readiness, launch activities, communications, training dependencies, and post-launch stabilization.\nDrive standardization and continuous improvement of Service Operations processes.\nSupport customer onboarding, partner enablement, and mission-critical service initiatives.\nDevelop dashboards and reporting that provide leadership visibility into project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and decision history using tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Salesforce, and Microsoft collaboration tools.\nIdentify opportunities for workflow automation, AI-enabled processes, and operational efficiency.\nManage third-party vendors and implementation partners when required.\nOperate effectively in a fast-paced global environment with multiple simultaneous priorities.\nAbility to maintain regular working-hour overlap with U.S. Pacific Time business hours and adjust working hours when required for major project milestones, implementations, or critical business activities.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of progressive project/program management experience, preferably supporting technology, service operations, customer experience, or enterprise transformation.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology and operational projects.\nExperience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, or comparable CRM/service platforms strongly preferred.\nExperience with contact center, customer service, field service, or service operations environments preferred.\nStrong understanding of project governance, requirements management, change management, risk management, UAT, implementation, and operational readiness.\nDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into executable project plans.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with limited supervision.\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience working with geographically distributed and global teams.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nProficiency with project management and collaboration platforms such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Teams, and/or similar tools.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
