This includes the creation, training, deployment, auditing, and maintenance of the global Supermicro Quality and Environmental Managements Systems. Modify, update, and maintain records and documentation pertaining to site certification under ISO 9001 / 13485 / 14001 / 27001. The Quality Systems Analyst will be responsible for the local site's QMS, EMS, ISMS and other related management systems.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nImplement, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Environmental, and other applicable management systems.\nPlan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits, including issuance, verification, and closure of corrective actions.\nDevelop, review, and maintain Quality Procedures (QPs), Work Instruction Procedures (WIPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other IMS documentation.\nReview and approve document change requests related to the IMS.\nMonitor and analyze departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective and preventive actions where necessary.\nLead and support continual improvement initiatives to enhance IMS effectiveness and operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality, environmental, and compliance issues.\nProvide training and guidance to employees on IMS requirements, procedures, and best practices.\nSupport internal, customer, certification, regulatory, and third-party audits.\nServe as the subject matter expert for IMS-related inquiries and provide guidance across the organization.\nMaintain current knowledge of applicable ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nIdentify, communicate, and escalate compliance risks to management.\nPlan and coordinate external audits by certification bodies, notified bodies, customers, and regulatory agencies.\nExecute special projects and perform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree, in Quality, Environmental, or other Management Systems within a manufacturing and/or high-tech environment.\nExperience developing, implementing, and leading Quality and Environmental Management System audits in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industries.\nStrong working knowledge of international management system standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, and IATF 16949 (formerly ISO/TS 16949).\nCertified Internal Auditor certification for one or more ISO standards is preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and all levels of management.\nExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in data analysis and reporting.\nKnowledge of risk management methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis) and performance measurement using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nAbility to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
