Sr. Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross functional teams - including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. If you have a passion for sales, generating new leads and surpassing revenue goals, further your career with Supermicro!\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nApproach customers in Government, Data centers/Cloud, Gaming, HPC\nResponsible for outbound cold calls and potential customers, e.g. System integrators, VARs, OEMs\nQualify opportunities; create target lists for vertical markets\nDevelop relationships, communicate product and market information\nMonitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order start, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns \nDevelop supervisor customer service relationships with prospects \nConsistently achieve lead and quota \nProduce reports as necessary \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, engineering or similar fields preferred\nMinimum 7-10 years of experience in a server sales environment preferred\nPassionate for sales activities\nAble to work positively under deadlines and constraints, result-oriented and attentive to detail\nMulti-task and time management skills are a must\nConsistently meeting/exceeding assigned jobs/goals in timely manner\nStrong communication skills across multiple disciplines and cultures; demonstrated communication skills-written, verbal presentation\nExperience tracking and reporting data on lead activity\nStrong written and verbal skills in English are a must, proficiency in 2nd language is a plus\nMulti-task and time management skills are a must\nSalary Range\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
