We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nConduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and differentiation for on-prem cloud software products.\nDefine, prioritize, and plan product features and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.\nWrite clear product requirements and user stories, and coordinate internally with engineering, QA, and design teams to drive execution and on-time delivery.\nRespond to customer inquiries and support pre-sales activities, including product demos, technical clarifications, and RFP/RFI responses.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with FAE, sales, and engineering teams to align product capabilities with customer and hardware requirements.\nGather and analyze customer feedback and real-world deployment challenges, translating them into actionable product requirements and improvements.\nOwn the software feature lifecycle from concept to release, tracking progress and communicating status to stakeholders.\nInfluence product direction and roadmap decisions by bringing market insights and customer needs into product discussions.\nManage the software development lifecycle in accordance with company work-in-process (WIP) controls and audit requirements.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n5+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or related software product roles.\nUnderstanding at least one of the following technologies: networking, distributed systems, virtualization, container orchestration (Kubernetes), GPU scheduling, system lifecycle management or high-performance computing (HPC), sufficient to engage in technical discussions with engineers.\nProven ability to conduct competitive analysis, define product requirements, and prioritize features across the product lifecycle.\nExcellent English communication skills, to collaborate effectively with engineers, QA, security, FAE and sales teams, as well as engage with customers.\nPreferred:\nExperience managing enterprise or infrastructure software products, or working with large-scale cloud architectures.\nExperience in customer-facing roles, including product demos, RFP/RFI responses, and pre-sales support.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
