We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with Software Principal Product Owner, validate reference architectures, provide technical product SME leadership\nCommunicate with customers, technical questions/concerns\nWork with sales and Solution Architects to visit customers and understand technical requirements\nCollaborate with development team to drive end-user stories\nThis position will require travel; periodically visit with customers and attend trade shows\n- Coordinate SCC development recourse, Prioritize tasks, Gitlab/Project board issue and task management, Product release management, Software features specification writing(Form 299), Customer issues management.\nCross collaborates among all Business Units within Supermicro\nWork closely with Software Product Engineer, scoping, discovery, schedule\nCollaboration with system lab validation teams\nCollaboration with PM Head of Cloud Management Solutions\nCollaboration with Senior Software PM of Cloud AI Software\nCollaboration with GM of Cloud AI Software\nQualifications:\nBachelor or master’s degree in CE/CS/EE or equivalent with at least 10 years hands-on experience in data center/server related fields.\nStrong working knowledge of Project Management.
