In this role, the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the building of architectural design blueprints, identify gaps in technology, test, troubleshoot and implement complex software management solutions.\nThis role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between all stakeholders.\nThe successful applicant should be experienced in data center operations, IT risk assessment, with a strong understanding of life cycle management for AI factories.\nFamiliarity with virtualization frameworks, networking, server system management, digital infrastructure and Liquid Cooled operations are mandatory.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nBuild strong credibility with customers and ensure a positive, productive experience for Supermicro solutions\n\nDevelop and maintain reference materials such as user documentation, troubleshooting guides, scripts, surveys, process flow improvement and runbooks.\n\nImprove internal processes to enhance efficiency for both customers and internal product teams.\n\nCollaborate with product, production, sales, and field technical teams to advocate customer needs and requirements.\n\nPartner with internal development teams to drive product and process improvements based on customer feedback.\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field \nAt least 8 -10 years of experience in Server Management technologies in Data Centers, solution architect, product management, software development, Field support teams or related role\nExperience working with Day0 through Day2 enterprise data center operations, Redfish RESTful APIs, redfish frameworks, Enterprise networking topologies, playbooks, Enterprise security infrastructure like LDAP/AD\nExperience in architecting end-to-end solutions with an emphasis on scalable enterprise digital infrastructure footprints for modern AI data centers. \nRequired Qualifications\nExperience working in customer-facing technical roles for cloud-based software products. \nStrong understanding of consumer environments and troubleshooting methodologies.\nSolid understanding of Kubernetes frameworks, ELK, Prometheus and telemetry harvesting.\nComfortable in a lab setting and able to reproduce product defects effectively\nPossess Analytical Problem-Solving skills.\nBe a strategic thinker and willing to quickly adapt to IT industry trends and market.\nBe a results-driven individual capable of driving and executing all stages of system development life cycle including requirements gathering, definition, architectural design, pen testing, fuzz testing and supporting enterprise strategies tailored to Supermicro’s integrated software ecosystem.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to collaborate effectively across internal and external business units. \nMaster level knowledge of hardware architecture, network protocols, OS kernel debugging, HPC design and storage methodologies are a must. \nPhysical requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:\nAble to sit for long periods of time\nAble to input data into a computer and work with a computer screen for long periods of time\nOccasional bending and standing\nStanding, walking, sitting, talking/listening, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms. \nLift, carry, push, and pull up to 15 pounds \nSalary Range\n$165,000 - $189,652\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
