You will collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams to optimize customer solutions, improve processes, and support modern AI infrastructure deployments.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nBuild credibility and trusted relationships with customers, ensuring positive and productive experience with Supermicro solutions.\nDevelop and maintain reference materials, including user documentation, troubleshooting guides, scripts, surveys, process workflows and operational runbooks.\nIdentify and improve internal processes to increase efficiency for customers and internal product teams.\nCollaborate with product, production, sales and field technical teams to represent customer requirements and technical needs.\nPartner with internal development teams to drive product and process improvements based on customer feedback.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.\nAt least 8-10 years of experience in server management technologies, data-center operations, solution architecture, product management, software development, field support or a related role.\nExperience supporting Day 0 through Day 2 enterprise data-center operations.\nExperience with Redfish RESTful APIs and associated frameworks.\nUnderstanding of enterprise network topologies and security services such as LDAP and Active Directory.\nExperience architecting scalable, end-to-end digital infrastructure solutions for modern AI data centers.\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience working in customer-facing technical roles for cloud-based software products.\nStrong understanding of consumer environments and troubleshooting methodologies.\nSolid understanding of;Kubernetes frameworks.\nPrometheus and infrastructure telemetry collection, monitoring and analysis.\n\nGood understanding of;ELK - Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana\n\nExperience working in a lab environment to validate solutions, troubleshoot issues and reproduce product defects.\nPossess Analytical Problem-Solving skills.\nBe a strategic thinker and willing to quickly adapt to IT industry trends and market.\nResults-driven, with experience supporting the solution lifecycle from requirements gathering and definition through architectural design, validation and implementation.\nUnderstanding of security testing principles and the ability to collaborate with specialist security teams.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to collaborate effectively across internal and external business units.\nStrong understanding of server hardware architecture, networking, operating systems, HPC environments and enterprise storage technologies.\nExperience with Python scripting and Ansible playbooks for hardware configuration and deployment would be advantageous, along with a keen desire to develop and apply these automation skills.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
