We are rapidly expanding and serving needs of our Enterprise, Cloud, AI, Metaverse, and 5G Telco/Edge IT customers with mission-critical needs.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nLead services solutions for all North America & Global Direct, Partner and OEM programs\nEngage with Direct, Partner and OEM customers and drive committed relationship through a structured program to ensure successful and long lasting engagements\nResponsible for Services Solutions, Special and high value Opportunities RFP responses, and working with sales and cross functional teams on projects\nWork with service partners in delivering a Turn-Key Enterprise Data Center Hardware/Rack Integration solutions & services\nPrepare, and deliver training on global Services Solutions & Onsite Installations to internal sales, customers, and business partners\nWorking with cross-functional team and business partners on customer-facing capacity including reviewing and providing Data Center/Integrated Services solutions to customer RFPs (Request For Proposal)\nEstablish rapport and knowledge about customers’ business operations and decision-makers to be an effective IT solutions provider\nIdentify opportunities or gaps and provide feedback for Products, Services, and Rack Integration Solutions improvement\nResponsible to develop services solutions engineering practice that includes processes, diagnostic tools and training for our Enterprise mission-critical service delivery team\nResponsible and ensures the success of our mission-critical service delivery team to consistently meet the customer commitments and Service Level Agreements\nResponsible to define the KPIs, track performance, and provide improvement actions\nEngages and solves complex issues, develops trouble shooting practices and defines processes to achieve successful outcomes with our customer cases\nExecutes on our onsite services enterprise mission-critical SLA performance (Response, troubleshooting, root cause identification and restore metrics) and customer Satisfaction KPIs.\nProvide engineering excellence and expertise with highly hands-on problem solving on breadth of Supermicro data center AI technology that is constantly evolving and innovating\nTravel for customer engagements\nQualifications:\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology with equivalent experiences\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in the IT infrastructure industry, working with partners and sales to meet direct, and OEM customer needs\nHands-on experience with IT Enterprise Infrastructure platforms and services (Linux, Windows OS, Servers, Network and Storage), Applications and Data Center Operations\nStrong interpersonal, project management, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of an organization and external partners delivering desired results\nAbility to use project management skill to work in projects to accomplish key milestones and execute deliverables\nDemonstrate strong listening, verbal, and documentation skills\nCustomer Focus and Quality of Product/Services mindset\nAbility to travel for partner and customer engagements\nEnglish is required, other languages are welcome\nSalary Range\n$150,000 - $170,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
