We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a Sr. Supply Chaing Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in AI server or HPC hardware manufacturing and strong project management expertise. This role manages end-to-end supply chain operations-including ramp up materials planning, market trend analysis, logistics & shipping hub operations, inventory management-and leads cross-functional projects to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery of complex AI server products.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead materials planning, demand forecasting, and production readiness for AI server programs.\nDrive supplier contract negotiations, ensure on time delivery and overall cost improvements.\nOversee global logistics, import/export compliance, and 3PL/4PL hub operations.\nMaintain optimal inventory levels while reducing shortages, excess, and obsolescence.\nManage cross-functional projects forecasting and capacity ramp-ups.\nDrive supply chain process improvements and partner with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, and Program Management teams.\nQualifications:\n10+ years in supply chain roles within AI server, HPC, or related hardware manufacturing.\nStrong background in materials, planning, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.\nProven project management experience leading cross-functional hardware or manufacturing initiatives.\nERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, preferred).\nStrong analytical, communication, and project management skills.\nSalary Range\n$125,000 - $145,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
