We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDutis and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:\nSupport and Develop detailed designs for rack solutions, including structural components, mounting mechanisms, and rack solution integration.\nUse CAD software (e.g., Cero, AutoCAD) to create 3D models and engineering drawings.\nPerform engineering calculations to ensure designs meet load, stress, and performance requirements.\nWork closely with other engineers, designers, and project managers to integrate rack systems with other components and systems.\nCoordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure materials and components meet design specifications.\nStay up to date with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into design processes.\nCome out related documentation for better team work. Ex. SOP, Manual…\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, computer science or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PE) is a plus.\nProven experience in designing and developing rack solutions or similar server systems.\nProficiency in CAD software and engineering simulation tools is plus.\nCCIE, CCNP or LPIC-3 is plus.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations and simulations.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.\nKnowledge of industry standards and regulations related to rack systems.\nExperienced in rack cabling design is plus. \nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
