We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProactively source and identify top talent for open positions using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.\nBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.\nScreen and assess candidates’ resumes and qualifications to match job requirements.\nEngage with potential candidates, initiating conversations and generating interest in job opportunities.\nServe as liaison between candidate, hiring manager, and compensation team on salary proposal, play an active role in salary negotiations.\nManage multiple and cross-functional requisitions.\nCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and track sourcing metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).\nStay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive talent landscapes.\nAssist in employer branding efforts to attract passive candidates.\nSupport diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted sourcing efforts.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.\n5 years proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role.\nStrong English communication skills, Native/Fluent.\nAble to attend bi-weekly meetings 7am remotely/onsite. Work 7am shift preferable but not mandatory.\nStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
