platforms\nDrive competitive software/firmware product feature requirements and technical design guideline to meet company's goal\nCollaborate with BMC product managers, BMC software architect, engineers, and technical staff to define product specification with technical requirements\nManage both feature requests and issue support requests from customers\nManage schedule and issues, provide project status updates to stakeholders, and escalate problems as necessary\nCommunicate clearly and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and 3rd party partners\nDevelop training material for customers and internal training as required\nSuggest and plan improvements to product, solution and process\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE-related or equivalent practical experience\n5 years above BMC firmware design experience\nExperience in developing technical specifications and design documents\nEffective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English\nFlexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor\nExperience in technical support service to
