We have a great opportunity for a web developer who can create, customize and maintain the website's design and User Interface of the Supermicro website. In this role, you will have opportunity to edit and control the content which is being displayed on the website and continue to update with the emerging technologies and trends.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDesign and drive UI/UX solutions for BMC Web and related products, ensuring high-quality and consistent design deliverables.\nExplore and propose design solutions aligned with product strategies, user needs, and business goals to continuously improve the product experience.\nCollaborate closely with PMs, frontend developers, and engineering teams through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to drive feature development.\nDefine and maintain UI/UX guidelines, Design Systems, and reusable components to ensure consistency and improve design and development efficiency.\nDrive the development of the next-generation UI/UX and establish reusable design standards that can be extended across BMC and other product lines.\nConduct Design Reviews and Design QA during development to ensure implementation quality and resolve design-related issues.\nMaintain detailed design specifications and support smooth handoff and collaboration with engineering teams.\nStay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging UI/UX technologies, and apply relevant practices to strengthen product usability and brand consistency.\nQualifications:\nProficiency in Figma, including commonly used plugins, and experience with design collaboration/handoff tools such as Zeplin.\nSolid understanding of the end-to-end UI/UX design process, including requirement analysis, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, validation, and design delivery.\nStrong understanding of responsive web design (RWD) and experience designing complex web-based applications.\nGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with PMs, developers, and cross-functional engineering teams.\nAbility to identify and solve problems proactively, with strong ownership, independence, and time-management skills. \n◎ Nice-to-Have\nExperience building or maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI component libraries.\nExperience independently driving product or feature design from requirement discussion through final delivery.\nExperience with cross-product design consistency, branding, or design standardization.\nFamiliarity with Git/GitLab collaboration workflows and software development processes.\nBasic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frontend
