The SA will be required to work with customers from ground to executive-level, manage projects hand in hand with internal and external teams, and help grow the business whenever possible. Customer and solution focus, are two key factors for this position, as well as business continuity and support. The SA must work with multiple departments to ensure new projects and existing projects are initiated or maintained towards customer requirements.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport revenue growth with all Federal customers\nSolution architect and presentation skills to help expand direct and indirect Federal account penetration and loyalty\nWorks closely with the sales and extended teams to map end-user customer business, partner requirements and provide most optimized technical solutions\nProvides technical leadership in Pre-Sales and oversee implementation of such solutions\nEffectively engage with C-level technical customers, gain and maintain trust\nHighly technical problem solver who understands system architecture, hardware and software interaction\nShould possess basic hardware architecture understanding and debug skills\nManage and leads teams during investigation and resolution of problems in the field\nHas a good understanding of firmware, drivers, OS, Applications and their interaction that can cause system issues\nDevelop and review systems solutions, technical Request For Information and Request For Proposal bid responses and presentations\nWork cross-department to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues\nAbility to build and demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions that meets or exceeds customer business needs\nAbility to present the corporate brand, product messaging and solutions to customers\nVisit on-site facilities and operations to enable solution integration and issue resolution\nSome travel required (up to 25%)\nQualifications:\nBachelors' or Masters' degree in engineering discipline; computer science, computer engineering and electrical engineering preferred\nPast experience supporting and proposing solutions for State or Federal entities and third party partners\nHands on Data Center and Liquid Cooling experience is a definite plus\nExcellent communication skills and business sense required\nMinimum 8 years of related experience with Compute/Storage Server or Data Center or IT Infrastructure experience desired\nStrong background and experience with x86-based server architecture\nSolid hardware system understanding and diagnostics skills\nFamiliarity with Firmware, Linux, Windows, virtualization, storage, GPUs, AI/ML, Liquid Cooling and data center operations is a plus\nStrong technical communication and leadership skills to drive investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines\nIndividual must be able to work effectively and independently in high pressure environments\nTS/SCI clearance not required, but willingness to potentially go through that process in the future is a plus\nSalary Range\n$190,000 - $195,000\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
