We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop strategy for successful rack product deployment based on deep understanding of customer technical requirements.'\nTo understand and resolve challenges by collaborating with business partners and internal technical members.\nDesign, development and delivery rack solutions to Sales/BD/FAE and the customers.\nCommunicate with customers; technical questions/concerns.\nCreate positioning statements, marketing, and sales training materials, product specifications.\nThis position will require travel periodically to visit customers or attend trade shows.\nQualifications:\nBachelor or master’s degree in CE/CS/EE or equivalent with minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in data center/server related fields\nExperience in AI, High Performance Computing and Liquid Cooling is preferred.\nExperience with Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Fluid dynamics and Heat transfer is preferred.\nFamiliar with Open stack, Hadoop, VMware, and other system solution is a plus.\nDeep understanding of data center market trend and competitors' strength/weakness.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to communicate effectively with customers to promote, answer questions, and receive feedback.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
