Your goal is to engage, develop, and expand our customer portfolio in the storage system solutions. In this role, you will be representing Supermicro in major trade shows and conferences to network and meet with clients, and further developing the opportunity pipelines. You will also participate in products and solutions design, ensure new products incorporated the expectations and requirements from customers to increase business opportunity.\nThis role will be based on our headquarters located in the San Jose, CA.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead development and delivery of Supermicro’s Cloud and AI software solutionsArchitect and optimize cloud-native AI infrastructure for LLM training, inference, and AI application hosting.\nEngage with ecosystem partners (e.g., NVIDIA, VMware, OpenAI, Hugging Face) to enhance software integration.\nDevelop and implement AI workload orchestration, automation, and cloud-native model serving infrastructure.\nDefine and optimize performance, networking, and storage solutions for AI workloads.\nProvide guidance to technical field teams for cloud and AI software solutions customer engagements\n\nLead development and delivery of sales and technical enablementPerform gap analysis of enablement needs for different personas (e.g. sales, technical, internal, customers, partners)\nDesign, build and deliver sales and technical enablement material (documentation, presentations, web contents, diagrams, video) and sessions (live/recorded/gamified) for different personas, audience sizes and delivery modes (online/onsite)\nDevelop and manage sales and technical enablement web portal\n\nManage sizing tools, demo and POC labs\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience in technical writing and enablement and/or solutions architecture in cloud computing, AI software and enterprise IT technologies\nProven capability to design, develop and manage technical enablement material, such as documentation, presentations, web contents, diagrams, video, gamified simulations\nProven capability to implement and operate content management systems\nProven knowledge ofGenerative AI (LLMs, AI model deployment)\nKubernetes, container orchestration,\nVirtualization (VMware, OpenStack, KVM)\nCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\nAI software stacks\n\nDeep understanding of solution architecture forDistributed AI workloads\nAI hardware acceleration (GPUs, TPUs)\nCloud networking\nSoftware defined scale-out storage\n\nFamiliarity with Linux, Python and/or shell scripting, Ansible and/or other hardware and software infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.\nPreferred\nCapability to deliver technical enablement sessions in various formats, such as live, recorded, and gamified, to various audience types and sizes, using onsite or online delivery methods.\nExperience engaging with Tier-1 telcos, cloud service providers, and enterprise AI adopters.\nCertification in AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Ansible, Python or other relevant technologies is a bonus.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
