You are also responsible for resolving escalated service issues, coaching other engineers to resolutions, engineering and implementing complex projects. You will be a person who is independent with leadership to drive the technical development and with excellent communication skills.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nDeploy cluster/storage infrastructures and perform the tests accordingly\nLeads the day-to-day operational support for Cluster, Storage, HPC/Ai and Cloud infrastructures\nBuilds and tests complex cluster and cloud platforms to meeting customer's requirement\nDocuments complex test procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to servers/networks/clusters software and hardware\nTroubleshoot hardware and software issues. Provide fixes in a timely manner\nConduct tests and benchmarks against server hardware, storage, network, applications, HPC and Machine Learning workflows\nCollect, visualize, and analyze test and benchmark results\nWrite technical documentation including test report and standard operating procedure\nWrite script to automate tasks including cluster deployment and test environment\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience\n12+ years of Linux/Network administration skills with proven troubleshooting and optimization skills\nFamiliar with TCP/IP protocol stack, UDP, IPv4-IPv6, DNS, DHCP and other Application level protocols\nFamiliar with HPC, AI or Cloud benchmark tests, networking architecture\nExperience with Visualization technology, AI workload testing and cloud computing\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills\nWorking independently under aggressive timeliness\nCCNA/CCNP, AWS, COA or RHCE certificates is a plus.\nPositive attitude, desire to learn, time management, and strong interpersonal skill is a plus\nBe willing to travel to customers data center as needed\nSalary Range\n$160,000 - $185,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
