This role also involves promoting career opportunities at Supermicro and providing administrative support to ensure an effective and streamlined hiring process.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCommunicate recruitment processes, policies, and procedures to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.\nReview and screen resumes, identifying qualified candidates and presenting them to hiring managers.\nDevelop and administer pre-screening and interview questions to effectively assess candidate qualifications.\nPartner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and pre-employment process, providing timely updates and support.\nCoordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference checks, and other screening requirements.\nStay informed of current recruiting practices, employment legislation, and market trends to ensure compliance and best practices.\nQualifications:\n0 to 2 years of experience in administration, staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred.\nBachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred; HR or recruiting certifications are a plus.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.\nCapable of supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate coordination, offer administration, and related recruiting activities.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
