Reporting to the staffing manager, and \"providing\" & \"support\" to the staffing team, the Staffing Coordinator is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing by assisting in scheduling phone and on-site interviews, liaison between candidates and hiring managers and the staffing team, and assist in building a solid pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate must have a passion for recruitment and be self-motivated, assertive and proactive.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned but not limitied):\nSchedule phone and on-site interviews for different departments\nBe the point of contact for the candidates and ensure managers are interviewing the candidates in a timely manner\nKeep communication channels open and continue to follow up with candidates and hiring managers\nAttract right candidates and foster the candidate experience\nAssist in sourcing candidates, phone screen and present them to hiring managers\nPlay an active role in full cycle recruitments\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources or communication preferred\nMinimum 1 years of experience in recruitment in a corporate high tech industry preferred\nExperience sourcing technical roles is a huge plus\nMust have excellent communication skills\nManage multiple tasks, allocate and optimize resources and manage timeline\nMust be flexible, approachable, responsive and be able to engage with all levels of staff\nSalary Range\n$26/hr - $30/hr\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
