Job Req ID: 30566 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Incoming RMA packages login, receiving. 2. Open RMA packages and perform physical and visual inspection. 3. Keeping track of return record and following up on related process with vendors. 4. Communicate with vendors for updates and solutions on new and pending issues. 5. Handling shipping process for RTV packages. 6. Organize and maintain cleanliness at receiving dock and warehouse at all time 7. Maintain daily reports and handling documents. 8. Lead RTV team members. Qualifications: 1. Strong communication and management skills. 2. Detail oriented and good time management. 3. Independent person and a strong team player. 4. Customer relations experience. 5. Microsoft Office knowledge 6. Fluent in English. 7. Computer components knowledge 8.
