In this role, you will work with other departments and provide solutions for the issues and product quality improvement. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Intel low level debugging. Experience using Intel Target Probe (ITP) tool is a plus.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPCBA and System-level defect analysis and troubleshoot to improve product quality.\nImprove testing techniques/procedures for analyzing system failure data efficiently.\nAI GPU system troubleshoot and and problem diagnose.\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to review customer’s issues, and provide improvement plans to resolve the issues in a timely manner.\nBe preventing any quality-related issues of design in early-stage and provided with write Root cause analysis.\nDrive case study or/and issue resolution recommendations.\nHelp testing and testing techniques/procedures and product quality.\nLevel 3 technical support debugging root cause for customer issue.\nWork with R&D to have solution for root cause and follow up for ECO.\nProvide root cause analysis for customer FAR.\nSupport product manager and sales for technical issues.\nWorking with R&D and production to decrease RMA rate.\nCollaborate with EE/ME designers and validation engineers to discover and preventing any quality-related issues of design in the early stage.\nQualifications:\nEE education and more than 3 years working experience in related areas.\nRelevant experience in PCB fabrication/assembly, board level bring-up, compatibility and reliability testing, and in-depth understanding of the PC industry.\nCircuit analytical ability in circuit design, knowledge and understanding of computer systems.\nAbility to work in a team environment and cross department development Knowledge in Windows and LINUX operating systems is a must.\nProven quantitative, analytical, and technical skills.\nGood in communication and teamwork skills; Fluency in oral and written English.\nAdditional language skills are a plus.\nEEO Statement\nSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
