In the role of System Product Engineer, involve our Invoice BOM System(Configuration) approval, technical e-mail reply to sales/customers, LAB HW/SW setup, production issue resolution, total solution contact window and overall business metrics analysis. To scale large business scope, the role needs to involve hardware and/or software knowledge to comply a total solution configuration to potential enterprise/channel customers. The position is based in our EMEA headquarter at ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProvide engineering management coordination & solutions to Sales/Customers, Production, Purchasing and Operations.\nLAB HW/SW setup, production issue resolution and overall business metrics analysis.\nProcess Invoice BOM approval.\nSupport Sales/FAE for Standard Server and OEM system business practices.\nProvide support to define customer requirements, develop and drive localized/customized server products to full product life cycle.\nSupport product configuration and design.\nUtilize strong project management PM and technical leadership to drive server product development and solution optimization for EMEA sales.\nLead cross-function teams for post-sales support such as RMA, failure analysis, ECO implementations, etc.\nProvide documentation and technical know-how to support Standard and OEM system production lines.\nBe responsible for Sales/Customer product inquiry.\nHPC/Benchmarking testing.\nPOC testing setup & guidance.\nTechnical training in production/FAE/TS and other technical units.\nBeing a contact pivot to US System PE.\nQualifications:\nExperience in server industry with hardware technical background, software background, networking and Linux skillsets.\nPreferably in OS administration with hands-on skills such as Linux related operating systems.
