You will be responsible in providing technical supports to our enterprise customers, promote internal switch products to provide optimize customer's networking solution. The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in networking switch product as well as exceptional communication skill -- ability to interface with all level of management staffs in professional manner.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for technical services and work directly with customers resolving technical issues including server systems, PC systems and computer peripherals.\nIdentifying technical issues and resolve computer hardware & software problems. Replicating reported issues.\nEstablish and maintain lines of communication with sales team to discuss services and technical issues.\nContinually develop knowledge base of current and new products. Create and maintain professional relationships with customers.\nProvide service to effectively resolve customer concerns and issues.
