environments.\nWhat you can do:\nLeadership & Strategy\nLead and oversee all Workplace Services functions, including EHS, workplace operations, and real estate strategy\nLead and manage a small team of workplace services professionals, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture while providing ongoing coaching, development, and performance management to support individual growth and overall team effectiveness\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive workplace services strategy aligned with company growth, operational needs, and financial goals\nServe as a strategic advisor to leadership on workplace safety, real estate decisions, and operational risk\nDrive integration of workplace services across multiple sites and evolving organizational structures\nEnvironmental Health & Safety (EHS) Leadership\nDevelop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA, and applicable regulations\nIdentify workplace hazards and implement mitigation strategies across facilities, labs, and test environments\nLead incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action plans, including workers compensation\nEnsure safe handling and management of hazardous materials and waste\nInterface with regulatory agencies and manage audits, inspections, and compliance reporting\nPromote a strong safety culture through training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives\nWorkplace Operations & Facilities Management\nLead day-to-day workplace operations across all facilities, ensuring consistent delivery of services\nOversee physical security programs, including management of security guard contractors, access control systems, surveillance cameras (CCTV), and incident response protocols to ensure the safety and protection of employees, assets, and facilities\nManage vendor relationships (janitorial, maintenance, security, workplace services) and oversee vendor performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives\nCoordinate workplace modifications, relocations, and operational readiness across active and inactive facilities\nEnsure workplace environments support productivity, safety, and employee experience\nMaintain operational governance frameworks and documentation\nReal Estate Strategy & Portfolio Management\nLead strategic planning and oversight of Supernal’s corporate real estate portfolio\nOwn lease lifecycle management including negotiations, renewals, amendments, and subleasing opportunities\nDrive workplace planning and space utilization strategies aligned with organizational needs and restructuring\nConduct financial and operational analysis to optimize occupancy costs and portfolio efficiency\nDevelop reporting, metrics, and executive-level insights to support real estate decision-making\nManage relationships with brokers, landlords, and real estate service providers\nLead office consolidations, expansions, and footprint optimization strategies\nFinancial & Vendor Management\nManage workplace services budgets, vendor spend, and cost optimization initiatives\nOversee and assist with procurement processes including purchase requisitions, contracts, and invoicing\nEnsure financial discipline across workplace operations and real estate investments\nGovernance & Compliance\nEstablish and maintain governance frameworks for workplace services and real estate operations\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations\nMaintain accurate documentation for audits, reporting, and operational continuity\nCross-Functional Partnership\nPartner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Engineering, and Test teams to support workplace needs\nAlign workplace services with business priorities and organizational strategy\nSupport business continuity planning and operational resilience\nWhat you can contribute:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)\n10-15+ years of combined experience in EHS, workplace operations, and/or corporate real estate\nStrong knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA) and safety management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 preferred)\nExperience managing corporate real estate portfolios and lease agreements\nProven track record managing vendors, facilities operations, and workplace services\nStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and procurement processes\nStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, PowerPoint.
