This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong technical background who wants to help ensure our systems are robust, secure, and scalable - and who enjoys solving hard infrastructure problems as much as building for the long term.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems - including AWS cloud services, data centers, co-location facilities, and network connectivity\nImprove the reliability and scalability of our software delivery pipelines and disaster recovery systems\nCollaborate with development and operations teams to support system migrations, monitor critical systems, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations\nHelp build and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss\nShare knowledge and best practices with the broader engineering team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement\nManage and evolve CI/CD pipelines that power product delivery\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management\nStrong hands-on proficiency with AWS services\nExperience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, CDK, Troposphere, or similar)\nSolid understanding of IT operations, platform services, and system reliability practices\nExperience with ECS, Lambda, Docker, GitHub Actions/workflows, and Python or Java preferred\nExperience working with or coordinating across distributed and international offices preferred\nOur Employee Benefits\nAt Supernova Technology, we provide a robust benefits package to support the health and well-being of our employees.
